IGBC Executive Board

The IGBC Executive Board of Directors consists of the Convention’s general officers, pastors, advisors, auxiliary and department heads or their appointees and other members appointed at the President’s discretion. The members of the Executive Board of Directors shall be members of churches within the Convention.

The duty of the Executive Board of Directors is to complete any unfinished business referred to it by the Convention; to fill any vacancies which may occur in the roster between Annual Sessions of the Convention; to enforce the orders of the Convention; and to pass on and recommend all claims against the Convention. During the recess of the Convention, the IGBC Board of Directors are in charge of all business of the Convention.
